Terms of Service for Tarot and Oracle Card Readings

​All readings will be booked in advance on agreement of the Terms of Service stated below.

All readings are for educational and reflective purposes only. The information provided through readings, including answers to questions, should not be construed as relationship, medical, legal, business, or psychological advice. All insights are subject to your own judgment and interpretation and should not be taken as absolute. I do not provide readings related to health, pregnancy, or legal matters. By booking a reading, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Disclaimer and Terms of Service provided on this website. The contents of any Tarot or Oracle reading are not legally binding. Any decisions made or actions taken as a result of your Tarot and/or Oracle reading are your sole responsibility and not influenced by me, your Tarot or Oracle reader. I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences resulting from decisions made following a reading. Please exercise your own sound judgment at all times. Your reading will only take place with full understanding and acceptance of the above.

Ethics​

I do readings with intentions of honesty and compassion. I will never refuse a client a reading on the grounds of race, colour, religious belief, disability or sexual orientation.

Confidentiality​

All Tarot and Oracle card readings are completely confidential. Information will only be shared in the event of risk of harm to yourself or others.

Data Protection​

Personal data will only be used according to current GDPR regulation. I will only use your information to contact you or evidence of your agreement to Terms of Service.

Age Limit​

I only provide Tarot or Oracle readings to individuals aged 18 years or older. By booking a reading, you confirm that you have read the terms and are 18 years of age or older. Your booking serves as both agreement and confirmation of these conditions.

Payment and Refunds​

~ All readings require upfront payment.
~ Payment instructions will be provided upon booking.
~ Refunds will only be issued if:
      ~ The reader cancels the reading, or
      ~ The querent cancels the reading with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time.
~ Readings can be rescheduled if the querent is unable to cancel within the 24-hour notice period.
